I am a contracted provider with the following health insurance plans: Premera Blue Cross and First Choice. If you have any of the Group Health Options (GHO) plans (Options, Alliant Plus, and Options PPO), you can now use these benefits as you have access to the First Choice Health Network (FCHN) as evidenced by the logo located on your insurance ID card. If your insurance card says Blue Cross, but does not specify which type of Blue Cross, I will be able to bill Premera Blue Cross for your counseling, as they are one of the two local Blue Cross carriers.

If you are covered by another insurance plan, they may allow you to choose an out-of-network provider (usually a PPO plan). I am happy to provide you with a statement to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. It is a good idea to check with your carrier regarding your individual, couple, or family therapy benefits with the Licensed Mental Health Counselor of your choice.
