I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy. My therapeutic orientation is grounded in various psychodynamic theories, family therapy, cognitive therapy, drama therapy and mindfulness practices. I am an experienced psychotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, families and groups of all races, genders and sexual orientations achieve their personal goals.
